Fuel the Sole’s Sole Series

Event 1: Elite 1 Mile Dash (Run Only) Start Time 8:00AM
– Runners will be timed and tracked as they run (4) 400 Meter sprints around the designated loop.
– Male Division
– Female Division
– Both male and female will run together but will be separated in division scores
– Heats/waved will be based on how many participants sign up
– Winners of each division will be awarded a prize
– Competitive run
– Suggested Male 1 mile = 6:45 Mile and Suggested Female 1 Mile 7:45 Mile

Event 2: Power Hour Run (Run) Start Time 9:00AM
– Runners will be timed and tracked
– Run in a 400 Meter around loop for 60 minutes
– Winners with the most amount of laps in 60 minutes will be awarded a prize for both male and female divisions
– Heats/waved will be based on how many participants sign up
– Competitive run

Event 3: Community 1 Mile Walk (Walk Only) Start Time 10:30AM
Join us and show what fuels you and walk with a purpose!
This allows participants to create Charity Teams to raise money for causes they care about. In addition to raising dollars, you can also raise awareness with a presence downtown at The Banks during the event. Registering a team is the perfect way to support your cause, while having a great time.
There must be a minimum of 15 team members in order for the charity to receive a donation. Two (2) team members MUST volunteer to work a shift during the event. Donations will be made in the amount of $150 for the first 15 members and continue at $10/member thereafter.

Event 4: Cincy H.I.I.T & Run (Run + Strength) Start Time 11:30 AM
This event will give individuals the opportunity to get a mix of both cardio and strength in one workout
Participants will run/walk from different stations which will be sponsored by 2-4 different gyms
Participants will complete a total of 4 rounds within an hour
Includes a warm up to start off the workout within the hour
