We are delighted to bring the MSJ 5k back to campus again this year! This 5 kilometer looped run/walk course routes along the Mount’s campus and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse. Whether you are a new or experienced runner, the MSJ 5k welcomes everyone in their journey to celebrate accomplishment with community at a pace that works for you.
