DESCRIPTION:Leesburg’s favorite fitness event is back!  All proceeds\, as usual\, benefit the girls’ & boys’ Fairfield Local High School & Middle School Cross Country teams. There will be a Kiddie Dash at 9pm ($5 registration onsite)\, a 1 mile Fun Run/Walk at 9:30pm\, and a 5K race at 10pm.  The course is out & back on a fairly flat country road.  We’ll have a DJ\, glow painting station\, and a glow tunnel at the finish line (wear white for maximum glow).  We will also have super cool t-shirts for everyone who registers for the 1-mile & 5K events by July 23\, and awards for the top 3 male & female finishers in 7 different age groups. \nRegister

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our inaugural community 5K Fundraiser! This Family Fun Trail Run will allow participants of all experience levels to explore the forests\, fields\, and campgrounds of the Dan Beard Scout Reservation. Elevation changes of 200-300 feet can be expected as the route journeys from the Little Miami River to scenic ridgetops and back again. The first 500 registered participants will receive and exclusive event patch to commemorate the adventure. \nRace check in will be Race day starting at 8am. Race begins at 9am.

The event takes place at Liberty Park in Powell\, Ohio\, on a soft gravel path and consists of a 5K and 1 mile(ish) walk/run. All race participants receive a race shirt and medal! \nFinley Grace Hollinger was born with Leigh’s Disease\, a mitochondrial disease. DESCRIPTION:Run For The Forgotten is a fundraiser to support The Forgotten Initiative-Boone County. The forgotten initiative exists to encourage everyone\, everywhere to support the foster care community and experience Jesus together. The foster care community consists of Children in care\, Biological parents\, Foster parents and Social Workers. Locally TFI is meeting the needs of the the foster care community by providing supervised visitation for parents and their children in care\, hosting regular social worker appreciation events and first response needs of families and kids in care. We have big dreams to be able to serve and care for this community in even more ways. Come run/walk with us as we raise awareness for those “forgotten” members of the foster care community. Choose your race- 1 mile or 5K options. We will be running around the property of Florence Baptist Church.
