In addition to raising dollars\, you can also raise awareness with a presence downtown at The Banks during the event. Registering a team is the perfect way to support your cause\, while having a great time.\nThere must be a minimum of 15 team members in order for the charity to receive a donation. Two (2) team members MUST volunteer to work a shift during the event. Donations will be made in the amount of $150 for the first 15 members and continue at $10/member thereafter. \nEvent 4: Cincy H.I.I.T & Run (Run + Strength)  Start Time 11:30 AM\nThis event will give individuals the opportunity to get a mix of both cardio and strength in one workout\nParticipants will run/walk from different stations which will be sponsored by 2-4 different gyms\nParticipants will complete a total of 4 rounds within an hour\nIncludes a warm up to start off the workout within the hour
