SUMMARY:5K Raptor Run/Walk
DESCRIPTION:RAPTOR Inc. has been a leader in bird of prey conservation in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky since 1978. RAPTOR Inc.’s conservation activities include rescue and rehabilitation of ill and injured birds of prey\, conducting field research at the Raptor Center and at local nesting sites\, collaborating with other like-minded conservation organizations\, and educating the public about the value of these birds to the environment. Your participation in this event helps RAPTOR Inc. purchase essential items such as food\, medications\, medical supplies\, and maintenance equipment necessary to fulfill our mission to conserve our magnificent local birds of prey. \nEach year a different local bird of prey will be featured. A few 2022 medals featuring the image of a Great Horned Owl\, 2023 medals featuring the image of a Peregrine Falcon\, and 2024 medals featuring the image of a turkey vulture will be available for purchase on Race Day.  The 2025 medals and t-shirts will feature the image of a Red-tailed Hawk.

DESCRIPTION:The Cincinnati to Columbus (C2C) Relay Run is a fully supported\, relay-style running adventure that raises money to help the American Cancer Society end cancer as we know it\, for everyone! \nTeams of four\, six\, or eight take turns running 24 relay legs to traverse the distance between these two popular C-cities\, running just over 130 miles through the southern half of the great State of Ohio.
