DESCRIPTION:Welcome to a race presented by the Ohio River Road Runners Club!\nIf you’re not familiar with the Ohio River Road Runners Club\, we’re a 100% all-volunteer 501(c)(3) Ohio Non-Profit club dedicated to promoting running and supporting the local running community in and around Dayton\, Ohio. We are one of the largest (and we think BEST) clubs in the nation. \nIf you’re not familiar with the Ohio River Road Runners Club\, we’re a 100% all-volunteer 501(c)(3) Ohio Non-Profit club dedicated to promoting running and supporting the local running community in and around Dayton\, Ohio. We are one of the largest (and we think BEST) clubs in the nation. \nThis is one of our “small races”\, meaning it is free for ORRRC members\, free for anyone 14 and under\, and only $10 for everyone else. SUMMARY:Rise and Shine 5K Run/Walk
DESCRIPTION:Rise and Shine 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser is more than a race but will be an experience for runners to run with a purpose.  The day before Easter was chosen specifically so that Christ can be glorified and the gospel can be shared.  Rise and Shine will start and end with prayer and offer for those desiring\, a biblical message on the resurrected Jesus.  We will have a 200 meter dash for children 10 and under after the 5K.  We would like to serve a meal that brings one’s mind to think about The Last Supper.  We will supply drinks in a small boat that we will label Peter’s boat but instead of fish\, it will be filled with drinks!  Luke 5:1-11 Our vision goes much deeper than our building repairs\, but that God has no boundaries\, and we can share the word of God anywhere. \nDetails
